Jenny L. Colón was born and raised in California and as the daughter of two lifelong teachers (father 38 years and mother 37 years), she grew to love learning and appreciate the benefits of hard work.
Jenny graduated in 2003 with a B.A. in Speech Communications from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. She then chose to follow her heart to Virginia where she attended Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2007. She and her husband Joe have two beautiful children. They love the outdoors, travel and all things Disney. They faithfully serve their church and local community by participating in various charity events including the Promise Places Plane Pull, the CPC Walk for Life, and various St. Jude events.
Attorney Kelly L. Thomas, Esq.
Associate Attorney
The daughter of a 30 year Marine veteran, Kelly L. Thomas, Esq. was born at West Point Military Academy in New York. Being raised throughout the United States in various bases has given Attorney Thomas a unique understanding of the diversity of our military and its families.
Kelly graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2012 with a BA in Economics and Political Science where she was an active member of the local Kappa Alpha Theta chapter. Providence and a sense of adventure led her to Richmond, VA where she attended the University of Richmond's T.C. Williams School of Law. There she earned her Juris Doctorate while interning for Attorney Colón during her summer breaks.
Kelly, her husband David and their baby girl Natalie enjoy weekend family dates, Amphitheater country concerts and the beach lifestyle. They attend church at Star of the Sea and always look forward to spending time with family and friends here in Hampton Roads. Fun Fact: They want at least two dogs and three kids!

Joe left his home of Puerto Rico at the age of 10 for the promise of a life unavailable in his island home. The son of a chef and a stay-at-home mom, Joe learned of the love of family, the appreciation of hard work and the proud history of his heritage.
Joe entered service in the Army at age 18 as Parachute Rigger. After many, many jumps out of airplanes (AIRBORNE!), he turned his Sergeant stripes in. As a result, in 2007 he both graduated from Campbell University, NC with a B.S. in Psychology and commissioned as a Lieutenant in the US Army. Soon after he followed his heart and his new Bride to Virginia Beach. He now is the proud father of two fantastic children as well as an Operations Officer with 11th PSYOP Battalion. Currently Joe is a newly minted Major in the US Army Psychological Operations Command, an MBA candidate at Regent University and the Director of Operations and Business Development working alongside his bride—a lifelong goal come true. Joe and his Bride are faithful to the gospel of Jesus both in personal and in work life. He and his family are proud to support various charity organizations, missionaries and community organizations. Most of all, however, Joe and his family are all out fans of all things Disney.
Taylor L. Jenkins

A Carolina girl at heart, Taylor grew up in the small town of Currituck County, North Carolina where she was a proud member of the FFA (yes, that’s Future Farmers of America). She was a Pi Beta Phi at Old Dominion University where she attended college with the intentions of becoming a Kindergarten Teacher. However, not long after, Taylor followed in her mother’s footsteps developing a passion for Real Estate. And with a strong recommendation from a trusted source Taylor soon landed in our office. Taylor spends her free time with her mom, dad, and younger brother at the beach during the summer and in the fall obsessing over all things football. “
